Brenton Jones is an Australian Professional Cyclist originally from the small country town of Jindivick, Victoria. Brenton now lives in the south of France and races for the French Professional-Continental team Delko-Marseille Provence KTM.

In 2017 Brenton was based in the U.K and raced with Britain’s JLT Condor Cycling Team. Throughout the 2017 Season, Brenton notched an impressive 10 victories and 15 podium places from 72 days of racing across 9 countries. He was also part of the team’s overall victories at the Bay Cycling Classic in Australia and Britain’s Tour Series.

In 2015 & '16, Brenton raced for the Australian Pro-Continental Team Drapac Professional Cycling. With mentors like dual Olympic gold medallist Graeme Brown, Brenton cut his teeth on the international professional cycling circuit. He spent months abroad racing in Europe and picked up stage wins in Japan, China and Korea.

In 2014 Brenton had a breakthrough season while in his second year racing for Australia's number one Continental cycling team Bennelong SwissWellness (formally Praties/Genesys/Avanti). He won the Mitchelton Bay Cycling Classic overall, led the Australian National Road Series and took a stage at the New Zealand Cycle Classic. 

In 2011 Brenton had a serious accident while racing at the Tour of Toowoomba. The crash resulted in him being induced in a coma to protect his brain from swelling. After plastic surgery for cuts to his face and months of intense rehab and physiotherapy, Brenton returned to racing and one year later secured his first National Road Series podium at the Tour of Toowoomba in 2012. 

Brenton began cycling on the mountain bike and in 2009 he represented Australia as a junior at World Cups in Europe and then at the MTB World Championships in Canberra, Australia.
